Ingredients
:
chicken 1/2kg,
cabbage,
carrot,
capsicum,
salt
black pepper,
soya sauce,
white vinegar,
corn flour,
sweet corns (boiled),
1 egg white
Method:
1-Put four glass of water in chicken and
cook well until soup gets yellow.
2-Then separate the bones from soup and add the
boiled boneless chicken, little grated cabbage,
carrot, capsicum and boiled and mashed sweet
corns into the soup and cook for 10minutes.
3-Then add salt to taste and black pepper, soya
sauce 2 spoon and white vinegar half cup and
cook for few minutes.
4-Then take 2 1/2 spoon of corn flour and mix
into half cup of chicken stock and mix into soup
and cook.
5-when soup will be come thick so beat well an
egg white and mix quickly into soup so it
becomes like shreds. then serve hot.
