Ingredients:
4 chicken pieces
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
4 tsp curry powder
oil for frying
2 bananas
1 cup rice
2-3 limes
Method:
1-Mix the
flour, salt and curry powder and coat the
chicken with it.
2-Fry the chicken in the oil until golden brown
and the reduce the heat, cover and cook for
further 15 min. until tender. Slice bananas and
add them to cook for 5 min.
3-Meanwhile cook the rice in boiling salted
water for about 20 min until tender, adding 1/2
a lime.
4-To serve spread the rice on a serving dish,
add the chicken and banana pieces and garnish
with slices of lime.
