SHAHI PANEER SALAD

Cooking time: As Required 

                  

Ingredients :
 

Cheese 1 cup (mashed)
Potatoes 2,3 (boiled) and (mashed)
Carrot 2,3 boiled and cut small
Peas 5 gram (boiled)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
(Illaichi) 3,4 beans (blend)
yogurt 2 cups (blend)
sugar 3 tablespoons
Green chilli 2 (blend)
soya sauce 3 tablespoons
Coriander 2 tablespoons
powder

(If you want to add your some other favorite vegetables , you can add)
 


Method:
1-Take a bowl, mix all ingredients
2-Except yogurt. After mixing put the bowl into the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes
3-After this pour yogurt slowly into that bowl and mix it as well as you can.
