Ingredients:
Corn oil: 1 tb
Lime juice: 1 tb
Cumin: 1/2 ts
Cinnamon: 1/2 ts
Salt: 1/4 ts
Garlic: 1/2 ts
Carrots: 4 cups
Wheat sprouts for garnish: 1/2 cups
The Steps:
Pre - Preparation :
1) Grind the cumin and mince the garlic.
2) Slice and cook the carrots.
Preparation :
1) Whisk oil and lime juice together in large
bowl.
2) Whisk in cumin, cinnamon, salt and garlic.
3) Stir in carrot.
4) Cover and refrigerate until cold.
5) Serve chilled, garnished with wheat sprouts.
