Ingredients:
2 cups carrot grated
2 green chillies slit
1 tsp. coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 lemon juice extracted
1/2 tsp sugar powdered
Salt to taste
1 tsp. oil
Method:
1-Heat oil in a heavy pan.
2-Add chillies, grated carrots, stir.
3-Take off fire.
4-Add all other ingredients, except coriander.
5-Mix well. Chill before serving.
