Ingredients :
1 cup yogurt (blended smoothly),
1Tbsp sugar
salt half tsp,
green chillies 5 (chopped)
podeena leaves 3 tbsp (chopped),
2 medium size onions (chopped or in the form of
slice ) as u like to add,
black pepper 1 tsp ,
2 tomatoes (small slices)
cucumber,(kheera)1 large size of, which is also
finely chopped ,
Method:
1-Blend yogurt smoothly, add salt, sugar,
and black pepper in the quantity of as above mix
well,
2-Put all chopped & sliced vegetables in it and
mix well,
4-Serve cool with rice, and good garnishing,
