Ingredients:
Enough Coleslaw, chopped tomato, bell pepper,
and carrots to make around 2 1/2 cup of mix
1/2 Apple (sweet variety like Red Delicious),
chopped
1/4 cup grapes cut in half
Chopped parsley or cilantro 2 table spoon
1 Green chili Pepper - chopped
1 cup plain yogurt (full fat or non fat)
4 oz. cream cheese (full fat , low fat or non
fat)
1Table spoon very finely chopped ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1-Mix
well the yogurt and cream
cheese+salt+pepper+chopped ginger.
2-Make sure there are no big lumps of cheese.
3-Toss in everything else.
Serve immediately or cover and chill.
