Method
1-Sub se pahle chicken ko pan me dalen us
main ginger, garlic aur dry red chillies ko blend
ker ke mix kejey phir us me soya sauce. chilli
sauce, chinees salt, salt, black pepper mix kejey
aur kuch deir ke leye dahk ker dhemi anch per rehne
dein.
2-Noddel ko salt ke saat boil ker ke nikal lejey.
3-Rice bhi salt ke saat boil kegey phir ek degchi
main thora sa oil daley us main egg dal ker mix
keran phir tamaam vegetables mix kegey us main black
pepper, soya sauce ,vinegar, chinese salt, salt add
kerdejey akhir main boiled rice add ker ke daam per
rakdegey.
4-Phir jo chicken app ne cholhe per rakhi thi us
main corn flour thande pani main mix ker ke shamil
kejey, tomato ketchup, spring onion, tomatoes,
boiled potatoes, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, peas
add kern aur dhemi anch per 5 min pakne den.
5-Akhir main ek dish main phele rice serve kejey us
ke upar chiken garevy serve kejey aur phir us ke
upar noddels se cover ker dejey lejey mazedar
