The Steps:
Pre - Preparation : Cook the rice.
Slice the onion and the capsicum.
Crush the garlic.
Chop the tomato.
Grate the cheese.
Preparation : 1) Fry the onions for 1 minute.
2) Add the garlic and fry again for a few seconds.
3) Add the chilli and turmeric powders, capsicum,
tomato and curds and fry again for a few minutes.
4) Add the cooked rice and salt and cook again for a
few minutes.
5) If you like, sprinkle cheese on top.
6) Serve hot.
