Ingredients : 200 gm Cooked plain leftover rice
1 Eggs
1 tbsp Light soya
30 gms Raisins
30 gms Cashew nuts
40 gms Spring onions
70/80 gms Chopped pineapple
Salt To taste
Pepper A pinch
I tbsp Oil
Method
1-Heat oil in a wok. Put
the beaten eggs. Add the cooked plain rice and
stir-fry.
2-Add rest of the ingredients. Toss until everything
is mixed.
3-Garnish with spring onion. Serve it in an emptied
pineapple shell or plate.
