Ingredients :
2cups Rice ,
2cups spinach (boiled & chopped),
1cup tomato (diced small),
10/12 green chillies
1cupcoriander leave (chopped),
2tbsp ginger (finely chopped),
1/2 cup oil ,
3cups water ,
salt acc: to taste.
Method :
1-Stir fry ginger in oil and add spinach, tomato
& chillies now cook on medium flame.
2-On drying water parch for few minutes, and then
add salt & coriander, now parch for 2 minutes then
add rice (soaked), & water.
3-Now cook on high flame. On drying water cook on
low flame for 10/15 minutes.
