Ingredients :
rice 1/2 kg (1/2 ghantay bhigo lain)
chicken 1/2 kg (boneless)
salt 1 tea spoon
garam masala sabot 1 tea spoon
chinese salt 1 tea spoon
haldi 1 tea spoon
palak1 small bowl bareek kati hoi
adrak lehsun ka paste 1 tea spoon
chicken stock
yogurt 1 small bowl
onion2 medium
green chilli 6 adad
Method:
1-First you add a oil in cooking pan and then
add a chopped onion and fry jab onion light red
honay lagay to us main you add a lehsun adrak paste
dal dain and then add chicken and fry 5 minutes .
2-after five minutes you can add green chilli ,
garam masala , salt, Chinese salt and haldi fry 2
minutes and then add yogurt or us ko bhoon lain jab
oil uper ajaye to us main stock dal dein rice kay
hisab say .
3-and then add palak .or rice hi kay hisab say salt
dal dein aik josh anay per rice dal dein spoon ko
sahi tarikay say pan kay under ghoma lain.
4- sab sahi tariqay say mila lain. taiz aanch per
pakain jab pani khusk ho jain to dam per rakh dein
5- mazadaar Mughali rice raitay kay sath kahain or
sab ko khilain
