Mince Biryani

Ingredients :
mince-1kg
rice- 2kg
potatoes-4-6
tomatoes- 3-4
green chillies 6-8
mint-1bunch
lemon-3-5
onions-6-8
saffron 
yogurt
gram masala
biryani essence

Method:
1-Prepare mince by adding chilli powder , turmeric powder , gram masala in it, also add tomato & green chillies after the mince becomes tender & then it it in a high flame 4 nearly 5 minutes.
2-In a frying pan pour some oil & then fry the potatoes , which was marinate 4 few minutes with saffron & yogurt.
3-Cut the mint, green chillies, lemon in slices ,tomatoes& onion (fry the onion according 2 it golden brown color)
4-Boil the the rice 3/4 with salt & all gram masala (not chopped 1) bay leaf & also white zeera.
5-Now in a big pan pour some oil, then place the single layer of rice , then mince ,potato & again the layer of rice then the chopped tomatoes , mint , sliced lemon, green chillies & few gold brown onion, over this layer place the last layer of rice . Over it place ll the gold brown onion, grinded gram masala , yogurt with saffron , biryani essence & held the pan tightly with some cloth or newspaper so that it will held in dam . 
6-Now it ready to taste , don't forget to remember me in the end
It really tastes marvelous
