Ingredients :
Oil 3 tsp.
Mustard seeds 2 tsp.
Curry leaves 8-10 nos.
Channa dal 2 tsp.
Urad dal 2tsp.
Red chilli 3-4 nos.
Chopped ginger 1 1/4 tsp.
Chopped green chilli 1 tsp.
Chopped onion 1 no.
Peanuts 2 tsp.
Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
Rice 2 cups
Lemon 1 no.
Salt To taste
Chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp.
Method:
1-Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, also
add a few curry leaves.
2-Now add chann dal, urad dal and red chillies. Stir
till dal is light brown.
3-Add chopped ginger and green chillies. Also add
chopped onion.
4-Add peanuts, turmeric powder and also boiled rice.
Mix all the ingredients properly.
5-Now add lemon juice and salt. Finally add chopped
coriander leaves.
6-Lemon rice is ready to serve.
