Dalda banaspati.

Method:
1-Sab say pahlay dal channa half hour kay liy
pani main bhigo dein
2-Adhay ghantay bad salt , red pepper, lehsun adrak
paste dal kar daal ko boil kar lain
3- dayhan rahay kay daal main boil honay kay bad
pani na bachay
4-Agar bach jay to bhi unsay pahlay hi khusk kar
lain
5- ab pahlay say bheegay howay rice ko salt dal kar
boil kar lain
6- jab aik kani rah jay to rice choolay say utar
lain
7- ab aik karhai main ghee daalain
8- us main pyaaz fry kar lain or halka brown honay
kay bad us main tomato paste dal lain or namak ,
mirch haldi , dal kar achee tarha bhoon lain ... 9-
ab aik degchi main tayar masalay, boil rice , or
