Ingredients :
rice -1/2 kg
salt a/c to taste
hara dhanya -1 gaddi
hari mirchey (kati hoi)- 10-12
pulao cubes-1 packet
Method:
1-Sab se pehle pulao cubes ki yakhni bana lain.
2-Phir ghee mein hara dhanra aur mirch fry kar ke us
mein chawal daal lein yakhni ke paani mein ubaal
lein , pulao tayar hai.
