Ingredients :
rice 1 kg
chicken 1 kg
green pepper according to taste
coriander leaves 1 kg
mint leaves 1 kg
salt
soy sauce
vinegar
Method:
1-Boil the chicken for chicken stock.
2-Blend all green chillies , coriander leaves and
mint leaves in food processor.
3-Put rice into chicken stock take the bones out fry
lightly the boiled chicken by adding soy sauce
,vinegar now put blended mixture and fried chicken ,
put on low flame until rice cooks.
