Ingredients :
beef boti half kg. ( under cut )
yogurt 200 grams
red chilli powder to taste
green papaya one ( small and grind )
ginger garlic past ( two table spoon)
salt to taste
garam masala ( one table spoon)
lemon ( two)
Method:
1-mix all the spices and yogurt with
beef boti in wide pan.
2- leave it for at least four hour in fridge.
3- then take it out from fridge and put on stove beef
will cook in yogurt water and steam when water
disappeared from pan check either beef cooked or not if
its still un cooked add some more water.
4-at last heat the pieces of coal on stove and put into
side of pan then put hot oil or ghee on burning coal
when smoke appears cover the pan with lid. your home
made tikka boti is now ready .
5-serve it
