Ingredients :
1 kg lamb chops
1 cup yogurt
2 tsp salt
2 tsp crushed chilli
1 tsp black salt
2 tsp crushed cumin seeds
2 tsp mango powder
200g vegetable oil
8-10 green chillies (grinded)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Method :
1-Clean all the fat from chops and wash them then
mix all the above spices in the yogurt and oil and
mix it well and marinate chops in it and leave it
for at least 5 hours.
2-Now chops are ready to cook. u can cook them in
grill or in frying pan. just put little bit oil in
frying pan and put on low heat.
3-Then put chops in it and cover it with lid after
5-6 minutes change their side and put the lid on it
and let them cook foe another 10 minutes. then put
in a plate and garnish with green coriander and mint
leaves and serve with chatney.
