Ingredients :
Whole chicken (mark a cuts) 1 only weight approx.
1500 GM
Ginger and garlic thick paste 1TBSP
Red chili 1 TSP
Lemon 4 PCs
White thick powered ZEERA 1 TSP
Black paper thick powdered 1TSP
Vinegar 3TBS
Salt according to you taste
Yellow food color ¼ TSP
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Take a chicken wash properly then put vinegar
.yellow food color and salt
2. Spread the lemon juice in chicken
3. Add ginger , garlic and other spice mix it
properly and take a side in refrigerator approx. for
4 hrs
4. Heat up oil and then deep fry marinated chicken
in slow flame until the cook well.
After completion garnish with French fries and salad
