Ingredients:
6 slices bread (brown or white)
3 thick slices cheese (of thesize of bread)
1/2 tsp. crushed red chilli
salt to taste
blob of butter
Method:
1-Place 3 slice side by side. Place a slice of
cheese on each.
2-Sprinkle chilli and salt on each.
3-Cover with second piece of bread. Cut each into
quarters.
4-In small skewers, push 2 quarters, each. Drizzle
all with a little butter.
5-Grill over the hot coals of a barbeque or in an
oven.
Serve hot with ketchup.
Note : Add some marinated veggies in between two
sandwiches. Drizzle some ginger or garlic water over
before roasting for added flavour.
