Ingredients:
Meat (Gosht) mince 1 kilogram
Chilli Powder powder 2 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder 2 tablespoon
Ginger Powder powder 1 teaspoon
Garlic Powder powder 1 teaspoon
Onions (Pyaaz) brown (crushed) 4 count
Almond (Badam) 1 1/2 Iodized/Refined teaspoon
Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) (finely chopped) 8 to 10
count
Coriandar Leaves (Hara Dhania) (chopped) 1/2 cup
Meat Tenderizer 1 tablespoon
Method:
1-Marinate the mince with all the
above ingredients for 1 hour.
2-Then put on skewers and B.B.Q on coal.
