Ingredients:
Fish (Machhli) finger 1 kilogram
Ginger Powder paste 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic Powder paste 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder powder 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli Powder powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
Iodized Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon (Neembu) juice 1/4 cup
Chat Masala Powder 2 teaspoon
Oil (Tayl) 2 tablespoon
Method:
1-Mix all
the ingredients and marinade for 1 hour.
2-Put the meat on skewers and Bar.B.Q. on coal,
occasionally basting the fish with oil.
