Ingredients: FOR MARINATING
chicken 1/2kg
chilli sauce 2tbsp
soya sauce 2tbsp
chinese salt to taste
vinegar or lemon juice 1tsp FOR COATING
flour 1cup
baking powder 1tsp
corn flakes 1 cup
chips (normal) 1/2 cup
chilli sauce 2 tbsp
soya sauce 2tbsp
salt or chinese salt to taste
bread crumbs 1 cup
Method:
1-FOR MARINATING.
In the chicken mix all the ingredients and then
place it for 1/2 an hour in the fridge.
2-FOR COATING
In the flour mix baking powder, salt, chilli sauce,
Soya sauce and then dip the marinated chicken in it
and again place it for 15 mins in the fridge. After
15 mins put out the chicken from the fridge and then
mix corn flakes chip and bread crumbs together and
then mix its well. Then rolled the chicken in that
and dip it in the oil for the fry. when chicken
become golden brown put out from the oil and serve
it .
