Ingredients :
chicken 1 kg
ginger paste 1 tea spoon
garlic paste 1 tea spoon
onion fry 1
yogurt half cup
garm masla grind half tea spoon
green chilli 5/6
hara dhaniya and poodina half
salt to taste
chilli powder 2 tea spoon
khoopra ground half tea spoon
khashkhash half tea spoon
Method:
1-Take a chicken and put all the ingredients in
it and marinate for 2 hours.
2-Then take half cup oil n fry the chicken till
tender.
3-When u see your chicken is ready take 1 quila and
cover with lid for few minutes.
4-Serve with nan yogurt and onion.
