Ingredients:
3-4 eggs
2 Large tomatoes-cut up
1/8 ts pisi lal mirch
1 green chilies chopped
salt and black pepper according to taste
5 tbs. cooking oil
Fresh dhunya leaves for garnish
Method:
1-Fry the cut up tomatoes to make a paste.
2-Add green chillies, lal mirch, black pepper and
salt.Stir fry for 2 min.
3-Add 3-4 eggs and scramble them with the rest of
the ingredients.
4-When done remove from heat.
5-Garnish with dhuniya leaves.
Serve with paratha or toast and butter at
sehri.Tastes great.
