Ingredients:
Mixed vegetables (French beans, green peas,
potatoes and carrots): 3 cups
Onions: 2
Spring onions: 3
Tomatoes: 2
Green chillies: 4
Ginger: 1/2
Coriander: 1 tb
Tomato ketchup: 1/2 cup
Chilli powder: 1 ts
Sugar: 1 ts
Ghee: 3 tb
Salt: To taste
The Steps:
Pre - Preparation :
1) Boil the vegetables.
Preparation :
1) Chop the onions, spring onions (with leaves),
tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and coriander
separately.
2) Fry the onions in ghee till golden.
3) Now add the tomatoes, chillies, ginger and
coriander and fry for at least 2 minutes.
4) Add the tomato ketchup, boiled vegetables, spring
onions, chilli powder, sugar, salt and a little
water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
5) Serve hot.
Suggested Accompaniments :
Parathas, rotis

Boil macaroni or noodles and mix it to the leftover
gravy to give it a variation.
