Serving: 9-10
Preparation time: 30 mins

Ingredients:
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Gramflour: 1/4 cup
Red chilly powder: 1 ts
Turmeric powder: 1/4 ts
Salt: To taste
Asafoetida: 4-5 pinches
Cumin seeds: 1/2 ts
Sesame seeds: 1/2 ts
Oil: 2 tb
Oil for shallow frying

The Steps:
Preparation :
1) Mix all ingredients except oil for shallow frying.
2) Use a little water and knead a soft pliable dough.
3) Divide dough into 9-10 balls, roll each into a 5Place on a hot
griddle, roast and drizzle oil, to shallow fry.
4) Repeat for other side.

Calories: 120 per serving

Suggested Accompaniments:
Chhunda, pickle or curds

Left - Over Ideas :
Roast the leftover theplas slightly, crush it and make poha out of it.
