Ingredients:
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Gramflour: 1/4 cup
Red chilly powder: 1 ts
Turmeric powder: 1/4 ts
Salt: To taste
Asafoetida: 4-5 pinches
Cumin seeds: 1/2 ts
Sesame seeds: 1/2 ts
Oil: 2 tb
Oil for shallow frying
The Steps:
Preparation :
1) Mix all ingredients except oil for shallow
frying.
2) Use a little water and knead a soft pliable
dough.
