Ingredients :
Chicken 1-1/2 whole (8-10 pieces)
Vinegar 4 Table spoon
Garlic paste 1-1/2 T spoon
Ginger paste 1 T spoon
salt 1 T spoon or to taste
red chilli 1/2 T spoon (if u make more spicy then
increase its quantity)
Zeera 1 T spoon (bhoon ker pees lain)
Garam Masala 1 T spoon
Dahi (Yogurt Plain) 1/2 cup
oil 2 Table spoon
Method:
1-First of all wash chicken then dried it. Put
vinegar & pierce with fork then leave it up to 1/2
hour.
2-Then dried it with any cloth to remove extra
vinegar .
3-Now put All spices (salt, zeera, garam masala, red
chillies, Ginger/Garlic paste) in Dahi and make a
paste.
4-Now put chicken in Pot (Pateeli) and mix with
paste with hand.
5-Now leave chicken to marinate up to 2 hours .
6-Then put pateeli on stove with very low flame and
half covered it, b coz if u covered all pot there
will be bad smell in chicken.
7-About in 20 minutes, chicken cooked very well now
add 2 table spoon oil & fried it on some increased
flame up to 2-3 min (ta kay pani khushk ho jai).
8-Now put all the chicken in dish and Garnishes with
chaat masala & Potato chips .
9-Serve with tomato sauce & Nans.
Note.
* This chicken is well suited on dieting people b
coz if you cant use oil or some oil( like 1/2 Tbs)
then its ok, taste will remain same.
* We can also backed this chicken in oven then just
put 1 Tbs oil and serve as same.
