Ingredients :
Ground Beef/Chicken = 750Grams
Onion = 4-5 sliced
Laung (Cloves) = 5-6
Kali Mirch (Black Pepper whole) = 18-20
Bari illaichi = 3
Garlic crushed = 5-6
Ginger crushed = 2 inches pc
darcheeni (cinnamon stick)=2 pcs
zeera (cumin seed) = 1tsp
whole red chilli = 8-10
salt = 1 tsp
oil = 1/2 cup
Method:
1-Heat oil and put sliced onion,
2-Stir till onion get transparent, add every thing
except qeema,
3-Fry for 3-4 min, then add qeema and fry and keep
it on low heat until qeema get tender, then fry on
high heat for 3-4 min
