Ingredients : potato 4
salt to taste
red chili powder 1tsp
oil to fry 4Tb sp
Method :
1-Boil the potatoes ,peel them off and cut into
slices.
2-Add oil in karhai .put all the slices of potatoes,
salt and red chilli powder . fry it on low flame
make it crispy. Have it with boiled rice and daal.
