For the dough:
Refined flour: 1 kg
Ghee: 1/2 cup
Salt: 1/2 ts
White oil: For frying
For filling:
Minced meat: 250 gms
Juice of onion paste: 2 tb
Juice of ginger paste: 1 tb
Garam masala powder: 1 tb
White oil: 3 tb
Sugar: To taste
Salt: To taste
The Steps: Preparation :
1) Knead a tight dough by mixing flour, salt and
ghee.
2) Cover dough with a wet cloth and keep aside.
3) Marinate the boiled minced meat with the juices
of ginger, garlic
and onion.
4) Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinade till
golden brown and add
garam masala powder.
5) Remove from heat and set aside.
6) Knead the dough once more and roll out into shape
of puris.
7) Place the filling on one puri, cover it with
another and seal the
sides securely.
8) Fold the sides in a pattern and deep-fry.
