Ingredients:
Oil: 3-4 tb
Bread slices: 12 or 6 pavs
Fresh green coriander leaves: 1 bunch
Ginger: 1 inch
Garlic: 2 tb
Green chillies: 4
Onion: 1
Large tomatoes: 2
Dry coriander powder: 1 tb
Turmeric powder: 1/2 ts
Salt: To taste
The Steps:
Pre - Preparation :
Chop the garlic.
Preparation :
1) Grind coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green
chillies and onion in
a mixer to a shredded form.
2) To oil in a large frying pan add the wet masala,
then the dry
spices, tomatoes and salt.
3) Cook for 15 mins on slow flame.
4) As the oil separates from the masala, add sliced
pav or bread and
turn the sides of the bread to coat with masala
well.
5) Turn down the heat to minimum and sprinkle little
water and cover
with the lid.
6) Remove from the fire as the seyal bread is soft
and ready.

Left - Over Ideas :
1) Add a little water to the leftover bread and
shape the pieces into
oval-shaped cutlets.
2) Shallow-fry them and serve with chilly sauce.
