Preparation time: 10 mins
 

Ingredients:
Refined flour: 250 gms
Mustard oil: 3 ts
Salt: 1/2 ts
Sugar: 1/2 ts
Lukewarm water: To knead
Oil to fry: 200 gms

The Steps:
Preparation :
1) Add 2 ts oil, salt and sugar to the flour and mix it uniformly.
2) Knead into dough with lukewarm water.
3) Make small balls.
4) Flatten them into round chapattis, approximately 4 cm in diameter.
5) Deep-fry them till light brown and puffed up.
6) Cooking on medium flames recommended.
