Ingredients :
half kg (qeema) oil 4 spoon large size
5 onion chopped ,
ginger & garlic pest 2tsp,( & chopped ginger for
garnishing )
zeera1/2 tsp ,
6 long, daar cheeni,
3,badi elyche ,
6 kali mirch,
jawintree half tsp,
haldi 1 tsp,
red pepper 1 tsp,
green chilli 6,
coriander leaves ( for garnishing)
yogurt 5 tsp,
3 tomatoes ,
salt ,
meathee dana 1 tsp
Method
1-First u have to fry onion then put ginger &
garlic paste , put all that grinded masala,red
chilli powder with haldi powder & salt as much u
like and fry.
2-Put 2 cups of water fry till water absorb in curry
then u have 2 put qeema with meathee dana and put
also 3 cups of water ,
3-Now put coriander leafs & chopped green chillies
,garlic , & cook 15 minutes .
4-Serve With Tandori naan
