Kache Qemahy Ki Tikky

Ingredients :


Mince 1/2 kg 
Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp heaped 
Bhuna channa or basan bhuna 2 tbsp 
All spice 1 tsp 
Ginger / garlic 2 tsp leveled 
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp grind 
Salt 1 tsp 
Green chilly 10 grind 
Red chilly 10 grind 
Chopped mint 1 tbsp 
Papaya 1-2 tsp 
Lemon juice 1 tbsp 

Method:
 

1-Mix all the ingredients well in mince and knead well. Keep for 2 hours. 
2- The mixture sticky dampen hands and mould in small flat kababs.
3- Heat a little oil on tawa and shallow fry them.
4- Cover and cook till done
