Ingredients :
fish 1 kg (prefer sea fish)
ajvain 1 tsp
haldee 1 tsp
lal mirch powder 1 ,1/2 tsp
dhanya powder 1 tsp
salt 1 table sp
lemon juice 1/2 cup
corn flour 1 table sp
besan 1 table sp
oil to deep fry
Method:
1-Wash fish well and drain. sprinkle salt on it
and leave for half an hour ,then wash out the salt
and drain the fish.
2-Mix all other ingredients in lemon juice and
marinate fish with this better and leave it for an
hour. 3-Then sprinkle the corn flour and besan on it
and mix it well .then deep fry in pan and serve hot
with boil rice and mint chutney.
