Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken
4 TBS Yogurt
6 Clove
10 Black Pepper
2 Bayleaf
3/4 Teaspoon Cuman seed
2 inch (square) Coconut
1 Medium Onion
Garlic 4 Cloves
salt and Green pepper to taste
Method:
1) Coarsly grind all the ingredients exept onion and
bay leaf.
2) Mix with yogurt and apply to chicken to marinade
and set aside in refrigrator for 2 hours.
3) In a casserol fry onion till golden brown
4) Add chicken, cook on low heat until chicken is
tender
5) Serve with fried rice ( bagharay chawal) or Nan.
