Ingredients :
Mutton Chanps 1 kg
Garlic paste 1-1/2 Tspoon
Ginger paste 1 Tspoon
salt To taste
red chilli 1/2 T spoon
zeera 1 T spoon (pees lain)
Garam masala 1 Tspoon
Yogurt (Plain) 1/2 cup
water 1/2 cup
For Frying:
oil For Deep Fry
Egg 2
Corn flour 2 Table Spoon
Red chilli 1/4 Tea spoon
Black pepper 1/4 Tea spoon
Salt 1/4 Tea spoon
Sugar 1/4 Tea spoon
Method:
1-Wash all chanps and dried it.
2-Make a paste in Dahi with all spices (salt, zeera,
Garam masala, red chillies, Ginger/Garlic paste).
3-Now put chanps in Pateeli and mix paste in it .
Leave it for 1 hours to marinate.
4-Add 1/2 cup water and boil these chanps at low
flame until meat tender well and water will be
dried.
5-Mix Eggs, Red chilli, Black pepper, salt, sugar &
corn flour in a bowl very well. Dip chanps in it and
deep fry at low flame.
6-Garnishes with chaat masala & Potato chips . Serve
with tomato sauce & Raita.
