Ingredients :
bhendi (lady finger)1,kg
onion 2 chopped
tomato 3 chopped 
green chlli,5
salt 2 t spoon
red chilli 2 t spoon
oil 2,1/2 cup

Method:
1-Sab se pehley bhendi ko aik saf melmel k kaprey se achi terha saf ker len (pani se na dhoyen) or iss k bad in ko lamaba (straight) kat len, center se.
2-Ab aik karahai main oil ley ker gram ker len ab iss main bhendi dal ker achi terha fry ker len iss main thora salt and thori si red mirch dalen ab oil main se bhendi elag ker len ab iss oil main onion kat ker thora sa bhon len ab iss main tamater+hari mirch dall ker bhon len salt and red merch bhi mix keren jab yeah sab aik jan ho jayen to bhendi ko iss main mix ker len.
3-in sab main se oli ko elag ker len or nan se khayen ,
