Crispy Roasted Chicken

Cooking time: As Required 

Ingredients :
chicken golden piece ( 8 pieces)
maida (flour) 250 grams
corn flour two table spoon
salt to taste
red chilli powder 2 tea spoon
ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
black pepper grinded 1 teaspoon
ajinomoto 1 tea spoon
oil for frying

Method:
1-Boil chicken pieces for few minutes with red chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic paste, put only one and half glass of water.
2-When it boiled for few minutes take out all the chicken pieces from pan. 
3-Keep the remaining water (chicken stock) in the pan , now mix maida , corn flour , ajinomoto and black pepper into separate pan keep some mixture in dry form and put remain maida mixture in the water in which we boil the chicken.
4-Now first pour chicken pieces into chicken stock mixture and then into dry mixture and now put into hot oil to fry till it becomes golden brown.
5-Serve with chilli garlic sauce and french fries.
