Ingredients :
chicken 1 kg
ginger paste 1 tea spoon
garlic paste 1 tea spoon
chilli powder 2 tea spoon
green chilli 5/6
yougart half cup
garam masala half tea spoon
salt to taste
lemon juice 5 tea spoon
Method:
1-Take all the ingredients except (lemon juice)
with yogurt and blend it
2-Pour all the masala in chicken .
3-And marinate for 2 hours
4-Then cook your chicken and when you see your
chicken is half cooked take out all the pieces and
put another bowl.
5-Now cook all the remaining masala and pour all the
masala
6-Now fry all the chicken and pour rest of the
masala in chicken in the end put the lemon juice on
chicken.
7-Now in the end put hot quila with 1 drop of oil
and cover with lid.
8-now eat chicken with green yogurt rings of onion
and rooti.
For green yogurt: take hara dahniya
poodina half green chilies and sufed zeera blend it
and put it in yogurt.
