Ingredients :

fish 1 kg
ginger and garlic paste 2tbs
onion(griand)2nos
chilli powder as yours taste
tomato(paset)2noslarge
yogurt 1 cup
currypata & methi kay danay 
oil
salt depend on yours taste
imlli 50grm
 

Method:
1- fish ko namak aur sirka laga ker dho lein
2- Pot main oil dal ker germ kerein jab ache terah germ ho jaye tu fish ko fry ker kay nikal lain
3- Oil main currypatay aur methi danay ka bhagar laga ker paste ki hoi onion us main dal ker dark brown kerlain 
4-Ginger & garlic paste salt red chilly powder dal ker ache terah say masalla bhoonay aur oil nikal aya tu tomato paste us main dal ker bhoonay jab oil nikal aye tu dahyee aur imlli ka pani dal ker 5 min tak pakain 
5-Phir fish kay pieces masalay per pehla dein aur dhakan dhank ker anch halki ker dein .
6-After 5 mins pot ko hilain chamach say nahi chalana jab oil upper ajaye tu samjhain fish tyaar hay
7-Chapatti ya boil rice kay saath nosh fermain
