Ingredients :
1. Potatoes 1/2 kg
2.Daal Mash 1 cup
3.Youghart 1/2 kg
4. Red Chilli Powder (as required)
5. §alt to taste
6.Coriander to taste
7.Green Chilies 2-3
8.§ugar 2 tbsp
9.soda 1 pinch
10. chat masala ( as required )
11. oil
Method:
1-Aloo ko boil kar key cheel lien aur mash
karlen, phir is mien salt, red chilli powder, coriander,
chopped green chilies dal kar ache tarha mix karlen.
2-Maash ki daal ko 2 hours bhigo kar grind karlen. phir
is mien salt, red chilli powder, baking soda daal kar
mix kar lien.
3-Youghart mien sugar aur salt daal kar ache tarha beat
kerein.
4-aik frying pan mien oil ko heat karen.
5-mashed potatoes ki tikya bana kar is ko grinded mash
ki daal mien dip kar lein aur fry kerein.
6-golden brown ho janey par nikal lein aur beated
yoghurt mien daal den.
7-upper sey chaat masala chirak dein.
8-Mazedar Aaloo key Dahi Barey tayar hain..
