SINDHI GULAAB JAAMUN

Ingredients :
 

Sugar (half kilo) 500 gram
Ghee 250 gram
Flour (maida) 2 tablespoon
Sweet (khooya) 250 gram
1 egg
(Zaafraan) 1/2 tablespoon
(Illaichi) 4 beans
 


Method:
 

1-Make a sugar syrup by adding sugar in (boiling) three cups of water. Blend (Zaafraan) and (Illaichi) and add in khooya. Then add flour and egg (whiteness).
2-Mix all ingredients as better as you can. Add water in the mixture (paste)
3-and add small amount of water in it then make a small balls.
4-Fry it in the ghee until it appears golden. After frying dip it into the sugar syrup for sometime.
5-Left it for sometime until it remain cool.
