Ingredients :
5 Kilos Mangoes (Very sweet
type)
500 grams Fresh Cream
1Cup Grinded Sugar or
acceding to taste
2 Packs Mango Jelly (Rafhan
Quickset)
Method :
1- Cut all the mangoes into
half inch pieces and spread
them at transparent broad
based dish.
2- Prepare jelly according
to instruction mentioned on
the pack and try to set in
the same shape of tray or
plate as the broad based
dish ( because in this way
jelly covers the whole dish
very beautifully ).
3- Beat the cream with sugar
for 4 to 5 minutes.
4- Put the cream on top of
mangoes as it covers the
whole dish.
5- Slip the jelly from the
tray on top of the cream.
6- Cover the dish with lid
and put it in the
refrigerator for at least 30
minutes. Serve Chilled.
NOTE:
(In India and Pakistan we
have excellent varieties of
Mangoes here so please try
to select the sweet type and
not very soft )
