Ingredients :

sewayu 1 packet
milk 2/3 kg
oil as require
rice (grinded 2 table spoon)
mawa badam, pista, narial, dates as your test 
condense milk 1 tin or 1 pawoo qalaqand
sugar 1/2 pawoo or as your test

Method:
 

1-Milk boil ker k rice dal ker halki anch per 1 hours pakyee aur chamach zaroor chaltee rahee
2-next step app light oil may sewayu ko bonee medium anch per bonee sewayu golden ho jaye burned nahi ho
3-sewyoo ko tissue paper per phela ker rak dee ab milk may condense milk shamil karee ,
4-Phelee app condense milk ko aik bowl may nikal ker milk or water mila ker liquid form (patla )ker lee ab garam milk may patla kya hoa condense milk shamil ker dee (condense milk na ho to app 1pawo qalaqand bhi mila saktay hai woo bhi milk ya water mix ker k pest banyee) phir app sugar shamil ker k 1/2 hr cook ker phir fry sewayu dal ker 4/6 minutes tak pakyee phir mewa shamil ker dee aur bowl may nikal lye 
5- bhoot laziz sheer qorma tyaar hay
