Ingredients :
6 eggs beaten
1/4 kg ghee melted
1/4 kg sugar
1/4 cup almonds and
pistachio
pinch of saffron
Method
1-Combine eggs, ghee and
sugar in a large pan. Stir
constantly over heat without
boiling until sugar is
dissolved and ghee separates
from mixture.
2-Add saffron and stir for 2
mts. Grease the tray and
pour mixture on it. Sprinkle
almonds and
pistachio crushed. When it
starts to cool, cut into
square pieces.
