Ingredients :
milk 1kg,
sugar 1 cup,
coconut milk 1cup,
dry grated coconut 1/2cup,
almonds grated 1/2 cup,
pistachio and coconut to
garnish.
Method:
1-Boil milk in a sauce
pan and let it simmer for 5
minutes then add coconut
milk and grated coconut and
sugar. cook for few minutes
until get little thick.
2-Then add almonds better
peeled and grated, cook for
3-4 minutes and off the
heat.
3-Cool down in serving bowl
in refrigerator.
4-Serve chilled with
pistachio and coconut
garnishing
