Ingredients:
Carrots: 4 Large Carrots
Sugar: 1 - 2 Cups
Cardamom powder: 1 tbsp
Whole Milk: 2 Cups Can be
substituted with Fat-free milk
Saffron: 2 to 3 strands
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Garnish: Pistachios and Almonds

Method:
1-Boil carrots until they are
soft .
2-Grind the boiled carrots along
with cardamom powder to a smooth
paste
3-Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a
vessel. Add the carrot paste and
cook the paste until the raw
smell disappears.
4-Next add sugar and cook the
carrots for 2 to 3 minutes.
5-Finally , add milk and saffron
and allow it to boil for 15 to
20 minutes.
6-Garnish with pistachios and
almonds.
7-Serve it hot or cold as u like
